Creating People Power is focused on reducing turnover and improving recruitment initiatives in industry through developing frontline supervisors and managers. Developing basic leadership skills and creating awareness of how leadership affects both retention and recruitment, and directly improves the bottom line.

Our approach could be described as a consultative process; it’s not about a quick fix. Our success is based on mutual agreement of clear expectations and measurable results (where possible) with our clients.
