Colleen believes in individual potential, and invests her
love for learning and educational focus into building environments
that support and challenge individuals to reach beyond previous
limitations.
Through 10 years directing an IT training school Colleen
put her beliefs into action, creating an environment in support
of individual success, leading to company-based awards for
Excellence in Student Retention, Quality, Customer Satisfaction,
Business Development and Employee Satisfaction.
Colleen’s interest in maximizing potential is more
than a business goal, it’s a lifestyle choice. Work/life
balance, health, physical fitness and continuous learning
are personal priorities.
In the past 4 years Colleen has stepped into a coaching/consulting
role, supporting small business clients. Colleen’s
coaching strength lies in her ability to help clients navigate
conflicting priorities, perspectives and agendas that stand
between them and their goals. Colleen’s experience
in a leadership role supports her to truly understand the
nuances of realities in management, and approach questioning
with focus, intuitive understanding and sensitivity.
