Construction and industrial
In 2007, the COAA (Construction Owners Association of Alberta) Workplace Respect Committee invited Creating People Power to develop training workshops that support the principles of the COAA Workplace Respect™ program that was developed and launched in 2003. We have a program that is specifically designed for all sectors of the Alberta construction industry and since then, have been assisting other workplaces in creating Respectful Workplaces. Please contact Michelle Devlin to discuss the work we have done with industrial and construction clients based specifically on the COAA Workplace Respect™ program.
