For over twenty years, Creating People Power Inc. (formerly known as Corporate Source Inc., has focused on creating profitable organizations through developing frontline leaders. Our clients appreciate our collaborative approach to designing and implementing learning and development solutions to support their success. Our services include executive mentor-coaching, consulting, workshop design and delivery. Creating People Power has trained or coached over 22,000 leaders in seven countries – and always with applause.

On a day-to-day basis we subcontract an extended team of six facilitator/trainers who have been with us for several years, plus a team of six credentialed coaches. Currently we offer innovative programming for our clients including several peer mentoring dialogue circles, a Mentor-Coach Program partnering corporate and non-profit leaders.
