Linda is the founder of Creating People Power, a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation). She coaches a diverse group of senior leaders in government (provincial and municipal), manufacturing, utilities, construction and banking. With over thirty years of experience as a leader, Linda is passionate about coaching and mentoring leaders who are hungry to grow and stretch. Linda is the co-author of two books, and program developer for Accountability by Design and A Mentor Coach Approach. Loie has spent over 40 years managing projects, teams, and events in a variety of industries and non – profit organizations. Loie provides executive and team coaching, facilitation, and training to organizations throughout Western Canada.
