Awareness Workshop
Audience: Any and every employee in an organization
This half day workshop is focused on:
• Awareness and legal considerations
• Signs and consequences of disrespectful behaviour
• Monitoring personal behaviour
• What to do when you witness disrespectful behaviour.
• Being a leader of respect
You will walk away from this program with a Certificate of Completion and the necessary support tools.
Implementation Workshop
Audience: HR Managers, OH &S Managers, Trainers
Prerequisite: Awareness Workshop
This half day workshop will prepare you to:
• Understand the employers role and responsibility with respect to implementing a respectful workplace policy
• How to support and communicate the policy
• Gain clarity of what constitutes a ‘meaningful policy’
• Address some of the more difficult situations.
You will walk away from this program with a Certificate for the Implementation Workshop and a facilitator guide for delivering this program.
