DISC Assessments are a tool used to help people understand themselves and get a glimpse into why people behave the way they do. It offers insight into how to adapt to different personality styles. These workshops help you learn the four primary DISC behaviour styles D (Dominant), I (Influence), S (Steady) and C (Conscientious) and recognize that each styles has distinct and predictable behaviours.
