Our highly interactive and conversation based workshops are designed for any and all employees in your organization, helping them understand how to support, foster and maintain a respectful workplace. This ½ day (3-3.5 hour) in person or virtual workshop is a customizable program that fosters open conversation while also creating awareness about legal obligations.

We have been delivering Workplace Respect programs since 2003, long before legislation on this topic. Although our expertise started in working primarily with construction and industrial clients, we now have experience in a variety of industries including legal, counties and municipalities, not for profit, manufacturing, oil and gas and many more!

RECONNU DANS LE DOMAINE DU RESPECT EN MILIEU DE TRAVAIL

Nos ateliers sont hautement interactifs et axés sur la discussion sont conçus pour tous les employés de votre organisation. Ils les aident à comprendre comment appuyer, favoriser et maintenir un milieu de travail respectueux. Cet atelier d’une demi-journée (3 à 3,5 heures), offert en personne ou en mode virtuel, est un programme personnalisable qui encourage les discussions ouvertes tout en sensibilisant les participants aux obligations légales.

Objectif:

Être mieux instrumenté et compétent dans le but de favoriser un environnement de travail respectueux ainsi que prendre conscience des responsabilités légales à l’égard des employeurs, des superviseurs et des employés.

CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRIAL

In 2007, the Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA) Workplace Respect Committee invited Creating People Power to work with them and develop a workshop supporting the principles of the COAA Workplace Respect™ program. First developed in 2003, it was one of the first (and perhaps only) program-specific to the construction and industrial marketplace.
