Kevin has been in lifelong pursuit of cultivating memorable experiences for others. He first turned this passion into profession through management roles in the hotel industry for several years, and has recently transitioned to one-on-one work as a professional coach to help others in leadership capacities to create engaging experiences for their team members in workplace settings. Kevin's formal education and professional practice has led him to specialize in unleashing leadership excellence through calculated influence, and using one's skills to create space for team members to perform their best work as their best selves on the job. Acknowledging the volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous nature of the modern work environment, Kevin seeks to leverage coaching methodology to "walk with" others on their professional journeys that lead to meaningful outcomes.
