She has had a diverse career path with a focus on corporate finance, innovative client-centric services, transformation in programs, public policy development, board governance and EDI. 

 

With her unique partnership of having a background in business and in EDI, Shafana’s niche focus is on bringing the business case and need to organizations with tangible tools and strategies that are both important to the success of organizations and the engagement of stakeholders.  Shafana focuses on developing EDI strategies and policies, respectful workplace policies and training, facilitate stakeholder and community engagement, and customized learning and development based on organizational needs.
